BioHello my name is Bernard and I hail from Essex. I enjoy all that can be expected of me, being of course a goth of the traditional sense (hearty chortle) I love all things goth, from shitting out bats and writing lyrics worthy of Robert Smith or Ronan Harris.
I suppose you could say I was turned to the dark side when I was at the tender young age of 15, much to the despair of my parents when I painted my nails a very very very very very dark blue (the colour black being unavailable at the time) I consider myself as goth as can be unlike the new generation of Manson and emo fans. Unlike them I respect the punk culture from which me and my beloved siblings evolved.
My favourite goth bands are: The Cure, The Sisters of Mercy, Christian Death, Joy Division, Peter Murphy, Bauhaus, VNV Nation, NeuroticPhish, Combichrist, Icon of Coil (ever noticed that both Comichrists and Icon of Coils vocalist sound similar? Related?)
